AVG just released a new version of their (legitimately) free virus scan a few days ago which has an improved updated interface at version eight. Also good to see it now scans for malware and allows you to define exceptions too unlike the previous version.
I'm not too sure about the Link Scanner though which checks for unsafe websites...

Makoto Shinkai's first artbook, which contains over 400 backgrounds from his movies, appears to be selling well. Daike-san tells me that it's sold out in a good number of shops in Akiba and it's even managed to make Amazon's Top 10 list of Japanese books. Can't wait to get a hold of it myself!...
