Persona 4

Free Persona Manga from Famitsu

It looks like Famitsu is working in collaboration with Bros. Comics Ex to let readers access a selection of Manga online (legitimately) for free. The funny thing is they have Atlus' Persona 4 in their banner yet the only Manga you can view are all P3 or PTS related... I guess they haven't made them public yet....

The Persona Music Campaign

Aniplex is having a "Persona Music Campaign" giving Persona fans a chance to buy all the P3 and P4 soundtracks together as a package. The package includes a deluxe box to keep them all in as well as two alternative covers to decorate the box with and one clear card. The catch is, different online vendors offer different designs. Just...

Persona 4 Coming to Europe Next Spring

According to Kotaku, Square-Enix will be the ones publishing Persona 4 over here but once again, it doesn't look like we'll be getting any of the goodies the US is getting. I do wonder how many people in Europe are actually interested in the RPG though. When P3 finally got released here, I didn't really see it getting into the top ten at all...

Early Persona 4 Designs

Don't really link to places for downloading scans or rips but, must thank Dokuganryu for updating his site with the official Persona 4 Design Works artbook. Here's a select few pages that caught my interest - a quick translation of Soejima's commentary followed by my own thoughts. Don't read on if you don't like spoilers! Soejima...

Only One Version of Persona 4 Says Atlus

I think Atlus announced this because some fans and gamers are wary enough to hold out, just in case there was another expanded "FES" version, which would have meant less sales. So... Buy assured now? IRVINE, Calif. - November 6, 2008 Atlus U.S.A., Inc. today announced to eager fans awaiting the release of the upcoming RPG epic...

Persona 4 Social Link "Expansion Pack"

Those of you who want that Kuma plushy that came with the Persona 4 Konami Style Edition may not have to resort to importing after all. Amazon is offering a "Social Link Expansion Pack" which contains: Well, the Japanese OST contains two CDs so... Maybe they had this planned. Think you'll be fan enough to pick this up?...

Over A Hundred People Signs for Persona Music Live DVD

Looks like it could still be some time before we see the Persona Music Live DVD. Currently the idea of such a DVD is still only listed under Atlus' "Project D" listing which, is a list of products that Atlus fans suggests to the company and petitions for to be produced. So far, the DVD is at the top of the list with just over a hundred...

Persona 4, USA Release Gets An Artbook Too

Been a while since I reviewed Persona 4 and didn't think I would be posting anything more about it since the Persona Live Music Concert. Looks like Atlus USA has decided to throw in a free bonus artbook for the American release of Persona 4 after all, despite only announcing it with a mini soundtrack during summer. Now the package will...

The Persona Music Live 2008 Coverage

It's been just over two weeks since the Persona Live Music event so I all the blog coverage around the internet should be settled enough for me to do a write up now. I was hoping for a small teaser video from Atlus themselves but, it appears they've only posted a series of small photos on their own site. From what I can gather, the concert was a...

Persona 4 Review

It's only been a year since Persona 3 FES was released in Japan. Two years for the original Persona 3 game. Now Atlus is back with Persona 4 which follows very much the same gameplay from P3. You play as a high school student who must balance your daily life routine with dungeon exploring as the days pass and the story unfolds. So is P4 the...
