Makoto Shinkai's first artbook, which contains over 400 backgrounds from his movies, appears to be selling well. Daike-san tells me that it's sold out in a good number of shops in Akiba and it's even managed to make Amazon's Top 10 list of Japanese books....

Reader Maltos managed to find HMV (it's in English) but, £7 delivery is just a bit hefty to be honest when the book itself is already around £13 so I'm still keeping an eye out for alternatives. I suppose it's better than Amazon's ridiculous 19...
