For those of you who like ?? (Martial Art) shows, the third season of ????? (Legend of the Condor Heroes), ???? is currently on on the Chinese Channel during weekends. Although it may look old since it was made by TVB back in 1983 starring ??? (Felix Wong) as ?? (Guo Jing) and ??? (Yung Mei Ling) as ?? (Huang Rong), I still recommend this classic series. It has a love story, good cast of characters, humour and most important of all, some great martial art scenes without a tonne of CG effects.

The three part story by ?? (Jinyong) actually takes place before the Japanese Anime ????????????? ("Legend of the Condor Hero"). Many of his novels that date back to 1955 has been remade into a drama series every few years.

I don't know why the Japanese decided to make an Anime of the second story but, probably because of the stronger love story element in it.

For those interested, there is a total of 3 stories in the storyline, ????? (Legend of the Condor Heroes), ???? (Return of the Condor Heroes) and ????? (The Heavenly Sword and Dragon Saber). All are very good shows and you can find out more about the stories at Wikipedia. Be warned that they do contain spoilers!
