Nintendo is now taking pre-orders for its Nintendo Browser software today. The internet browsing software based on Opera will be available in shops for the DS on the 24th July, this month.

Those who order online before the 19th will get it delivered to them right on the day of release while those who order after that date, will get it within 4 working days. Pre-orders on the site are currently limited within Japan.
