Well, what do you know... All that talk in the 2ch forums I read a few weeks ago about an Anime show of Persona 3 being made was true after all!

Only thing is, the show will be called "Persona: Trinity Soul" and will be set 10 years after the events of the game. In the developing futuristic city of Ayanagi, there have been many incidents where undead known as "Reverse" have been found, named so because of their ability to disguise themselves as human beings. The story will centre around the 3 Kouzato brothers and will begin airing from January 2008.

So in other words, it's just based on the RPG! Not a bad thing considering how the past MegaTen Anime adaptations hadn't been that great. They could potentially end up ruining the whole original P3 story if they went with it. Still, would be fun if we saw the original cast all grown up would it not?
