DJ Max Portable 2, Japan to Get an Exclusive Champagne Gold Limited Edition?
Yes, someone on the Korean games forum Ruliweb has found a Japanese blog posting about a third limited edition package to be sold.
Appearing on the "GDEX Online Game Store" are details about a "Premier Limited Edition ~Champagne Gold~" which will supposedly going to be exclusive to Japan. GDEX claims they managed to negotiate this deal with Pentavision due to the increased popularity of the first game in Japan. The online retailer is already taking pre-orders for this 19,800 Yen (US$170) which will be released roughly two weeks after the Korean's own two packages on April 15th. GDEX hasn't said anything about how many copies there will be. Perhaps 1000 again?
Contents will be similar to the Korean Limited Editions i.e., the 3 CD Trinity OST set, postcards, artbook and a jigsaw puzzle but there will be the addition of an exclusive poster.
Note that the photo shown above states that it is used for illustrative purposes only and is subject to change.
I hate to say this but if this is real and the final package does resemble the one shown above, it really puts the other two packages to shame with that gold colour scheme. Now that's something I don't think Pentavision would do; put their own country's LEs to shame. So maybe this is fake or the final version won't look so glamorous...
