Once again the story is based on crystals, this time two of evil and two sacred. There are four races as with other Crystal Chronicle games but because this title isn't linked to any previous games, players encountering the series for the first time won't have to worry about not following the story.

The story tells of a planet being protected from an Evil Crimson Moon by a Sacred Blue Crystal. On the planet a pair of twins?Yury and his older sister Cherinka were born with a power that was divided between them. Their destined happiness is about to be taken away from them by the light of the Crimson Moon and only the Crystal can foretell their fate.

As expected, the game will make use of the touch screen allowing you to cast spells, make use of special skills etc. There are also hints that multiplay, which will allow up to a maximum of 4 players to adventure together, will change the story but it's not revealed how yet. There maybe plans to allow players to link this with Crystal Bearers on the Wii. It's undecided yet.

Looking like another great title from Square-Enix but then again, what else do you expect from them ;)
