I've had that "Shiroi Koibito (White Lovers)" shown to the right before when I was in HK and it's pretty tasty. It's white chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of biscuit... So it's a delicacy that represents how Hokkaido conveys the gentleness of snow and the clearness of winter.
