Just over 3 weeks until this third instalment of the Eiyuu Densetsu VI series gets released so it's not surprising Falcom's starting their promotion around Akiba.

Over the weekend, their familiar team of cosplaying girls were giving out promotional leaflets at an Asobit City store. Those who pre-ordered at the store right away or brought a receipt to prove they've already done so, were given their pre-order bonus mini OST CD! No waiting until release day for them!

The mini OST contains 8 of the songs used in the game including the opening version of the new OP, "Cry for me, Cry for you".

Originally I was just planning to buy this some other time since getting a hold of the DJ Max Portable 2 LE already set me back quite a bit along with a few other DS titles but, think I'll put in a pre-order for it now just because of that mini OST. I'll have them send me that Ys Origin Expansion Disc too.

And I'm looking forward to Ghibli's "Tales from Earthsea" DVD release next month too... Orz.
