First, the extra dungeon "Soul of Chaos" that was added to the GBA remake is confirmed to reappear in this PSP version. The dungeon features new events as well as 4 powerful elemental enemies like the one you see here Gilgamesh.

Next is the new "Labyrinth of Time" added just for this PSP remake which also features new events. In this dungeon where the rulers of time have wandered through the ages, your HP is constantly depleted. Not only that, there is a time limit too. The only way to help you gain extra time is by surrendering some of your abilities such as Run, Magic and Item!

Maybe it was a good thing I didn't decide to splash out on the GBA remakes because the screens are looking really good. I wonder if Square-Enix will bring back FFIII to the PSP too because they are saying these are only the first titles as part of their 20th anniversary celebration.
