Yes, these Japanese only visual novel PS games are going to get a port to the DS.

The main special feature about this game is its well written story and "Film Window" system. Unlike the usual visual novel adventure game (think Phoenix Wright) where everything is laid out and stays static, every element in "The Silver Case" is dynamic, closing and opening in different positions of the screen constantly such as the character portraits, dialogue and event illustrations. While all that is happening, you read along the story and try to solve puzzles the you encounter.

No release date or English version has been revealed yet. Above you'll find some screens of the mobile phone version of the game - Best I could find!
