PSP Firmware Now Up to v3.11 with Added PSX Reset Option

That's all there is to this small increment update really. Once you've updated your PSP you can reset your PSX games to the logo screen (just before the game is loaded) via the Home button menu.
Makes it quicker to reload that saved file when you've messed up in a game that doesn't have a load option while you're playing.
