Yes, shortened loading times for the monster hunting sequel!

Loading times were pretty bad in the first game but now, it's been revealed that MHP2 will have a feature called "BG Load" to help lower it. However, this may cause the battery power to be drained faster so it's only recommended you use it while you are playing somewhere near a power source.

It has also been revealed that the giant monster shown in the opening is "Digarex". Appearing for the first time in the MH series, its characteristics are shrouded in mystery but judging from the screenshots, it's going to be another monster that'll bite and charge at you.

Just about two weeks until February 22nd and looking forward to it!
