From January 6th until the 31st, players of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl will be able to download Boobang, the strongest fire type Pokemon and Elekiburu, the strongest electric type Pokemon from participating stores.

And let me take this opportunity to let you know that both versions of Pokemon will reach the Western world sometime in Spring 2007!
