Slots and the Skill System
Just like in the previous game, activating skills in Monster Hunter means you will have to reach the number of points required for a skill by equipping the right weaponry and armour. Each weapon and armour will have slots in them that gives you certain points in a skill such as "Gathering +2" or "Slashing +1".
Pokke Points
These are the points you'll need to expand your Pokke Farm. To obtain them, you'll need some items such as special mushrooms or ones you get from quests. Pokke Points can also be accumulated by clearing quests. You can then use these points to increase the attributes of your farm such as "Farming +1" or "Fishing +1". Points can also be traded for items.
Hunting Grounds
The "Town" and "Forest Hill" maps from the first game will again be available for exploring. Once again you must protect the Town of Dondolma from monsters with weapons such as the canon and balista. You will have the exciting opportunity to fight the King of the Skies again, Reus.
