I've mentioned how you come into contact with the Sacred Beasts in DQMJ before but here are the other two revealed with their names officially romanised.

There's Gulheart the speedy flying type that controls fire, the monkey-like Glubzon that has earth related powers and of course, Speddio the one I mentioned before.
