Following Sega's series of Sangoku Taisen card game machines at the arcades, ?????DS will allow you to control large armies using a set of cards. Playing with your DS in a vertical position, the objective is simple. Knock your opponent's fortress HP to zero before the time runs out or, have more HP when it does.

Players will be dragging various cards onto the battlefield and then, manipulating them directly with the stylus to clash with the opponent's army. Besides that, players will also be able to make use of hero specials, strategies, items and other interactive elements. Some of the cards which can be found on the arcade machines, "Sangokushi Taisen 2" are also included.

The game will have Wi-Fi support and will be available from Sega sometime in Autumn.

When armies clash, you will have the opportunity to perform an ???? (Ikkiuchi, "Hero Special"). As you watch the bar slide from left to right, tap the button when you see it on your side of the screen. Do this 5 times to see which side's hero triumphs.
