Nothing exciting that isn't known already but, the JP FFIII site has updated its System section of the site revealing how the game will make use of both buttons and the stylus to navigate maps.

Cutscenes and shops will take advantage of the dual screen system and, there will also be a Mognet mail system (already covered by Gamespot). With the Mognet system, players can speak to Moogles anywhere and then send mail to NPCs to activate side events or, send mail to other players through Wi-Fi or link.

There's a hint on the map that something will happen depending on how many times you send and receive mail. Too bad they forgot about the importers around the world since it's only a map of Japan :P
